HARTT is proud to have a group of dedicated people, each committed to fostering growth and healing in our community. With a diverse range of expertise and backgrounds, our professionals create a supportive and compassionate environment for individuals seeking guidance. We believe in the power of collaboration, and together, we work to empower our clients on their unique journeys toward wellness.

Anthony is a co-founder of HARTT and has a Master’s Degree in Education Psychology. He is a certified Trauma and Resilience Practitioner and is WhyTry certified. Anthony has worked with children facing trauma and behavioral struggles since 2019 and has pastored in Walker County for 15 years.

Tina is a co-founder of HARTT and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. She is a certified Trauma and Resilience Practitioner and is WhyTry certified. Tina has over 30 years of experience in social and youth services. She specializes in community engagement and program leadership.

Leslie, a seasoned executive with over 24 years of experience at Bevill State Community College, retired from her position and joined the HARTT team. Her expertise in grant management, policy development, and operational oversight is invaluable to our organization. Leslie’s contributions will facilitate HARTT’s continued growth and strengthen our position as a pillar of the Walker County community.
